30-Day Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

* Be unworn and unused.
* Be in their original packaging.
* Include all original tags and accessories.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.

Ordered the wrong size?

No problem! Contact us and we’ll be happy to help arrange a size exchange.

Please contact us before returning your shoes so we can guide you through the process.

We offer a free first size exchange for UK orders. (If applicable)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

* Clearance or sale items
* Personalised or customised products
* Items that have been worn, damaged, or used after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or a sizing issue, please contact us before sending it back.

We’ll explain the return process and any applicable return postage arrangements.

If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we’ll arrange the appropriate solution at no extra cost.
