30-Day Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

* Be unworn and unused.
* Be in their original packaging.
* Include all original tags and accessories.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.

Free First Size Exchange

Ordered the wrong size?No problem!

If the size isn’t quite right, you can exchange it for another size.

Simply return the unworn shoes to us in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for the return postage cost, and we’ll send your first replacement size to you FREE of charge.

Additional exchanges may incur a delivery charge.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

* Clearance or sale items
* Personalised or customised products
* Items that have been worn, damaged, or used after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or sizing issue, the return postage cost is the customer’s responsibility.

For a size exchange, we will cover the delivery cost of your first replacement pair within the UK.

If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the appropriate return and replacement costs.
